About the role:
Working within our customer experience team, this role will look after and build relationships with our independent retailers across the world. The role is about selling and helping us maximise our return on investment.
Relationship building is an essential part of our B2B sales activity as it helps build loyalty and our independent retailers are an important part of our business at Ohh Deer.
As well as building and maintaining relationships with our customers you will also be responsible for sourcing new retailers.
The role involves occasional visits outside of the office including visiting tradeshows and high-value independent customers.
You need to be personable and know how to sell to customers. We want to deliver the best customer experience every time and know that we can build brand loyalty from creating enjoyable experiences every time a customer interacts with us.
You should be confident in knowing our products as well as being able to negotiate prices when required.
Account management and working in a previous sales role is desirable but we recognise that having the right passion and motivation can be key.
Our aim is for the role to be solely focused on sales and relationship building and you will help us work towards automating and removing the need for some current administrative tasks.
