Danilo are looking for a Licensing Products Approvals Assistant to join their creative team to work across their award winning official product ranges.
THE CANDIDATE:
- Have excellent attention to detail
- Fully proficient in Outlook/MS programmes
- Flexible, with a can-do attitude
- Able to get on with tasks without constant supervision
- Organised
- Must be able to communicate internally and externally with key licensing contacts
- Strong ability to work to a deadline
THE TASKS:
- Submitting product designs to multiple licensor approval sites for cards and calendars
- Collating all feedback and distributing as necessary
- Proof & product sample organisation, photographing, checking and posting out
- Liaising with sales and creative team internally and licensors externally
