The GCA launched Thinking of You Week in 2014, it takes place at the end of September every year. This event is designed to harness the emotional power of cards, to create a wave of love, caring and happiness, by encouraging everyone to send cards to different people during the week, this initiative has played a big part in the increase we are seeing for sending general cards just to say ‘thinking of you’ and keep in touch.
Thinking of You Week has now spread to other countries such as the USA and Australia.
Please take time to look at the Thinking Of You Week website. This site is aimed at consumers as well as our wider industry; to share the joys and benefit of card sending. When we speak to the press this is always where we direct them.
We feature News items from members, and designs in our Gallery ,that relate to Thinking of You. We use this site to encourage everyone to send cards just to say ‘hello’, ‘miss you’, ‘thinking of you’.
