Rebecca is co-owner and Creative Director of Raspberry Blossom, who create everyday moments of joy through their colourful and design-led greeting cards and stationery. Rebecca launched Raspberry Blossom in 2014 while working full time as a conceptual designer in a marketing agency in London, taking the plunge in 2017 to establish her own greeting card business from scratch. The business has organically grown in scale, now operating from its own warehouse with a small team and picking up several industry awards with two Henries and four Top Drawer Paper Awards.
Rebecca says
“I have a huge passion for greeting cards and love how a simple folded piece of card can bring a smile to people’s faces by connecting people together, spreading heartfelt messages and creating special memories. It is an honour to join the council and be able to bring my experience of growing a brand and small business from the ground up. Being a voice for designers or illustrators who are just starting out and the smaller companies like us who are experiencing the challenges of growth; having to wear the many ‘hats’ in their own day to day running of their business. Plus, bringing my experience in shopper marketing and knowledge from working with many large brands.
I am extremely excited to give back and help drive what is such a happy, vibrant and growing industry to new heights in a somewhat challenging time.”
