From 2021 to 2025, I served as Vice President and then President of the USA Greeting Card Association, bridging creativity and commerce. (Now immediate Past President). In my tenure I developed the Barnes & Noble and Paper Source partnership that brought Louie Award–nominated cards into major retail displays and led national initiatives that amplified the voices of independent makers across the industry. That experience continues to shape the fractional sales and retail growth strategies I use today to help brands thrive in a changing market.

I was born and raised in England and moved to USA in 1988 (so long ago the internet had not been invented yet) but bring energy passion and creativity to every conversation and meeting!
