Please see below details on the support initiative from Temu, designed specifically to help GCA members protect their intellectual property more quickly and effectively. This follows the GCA pilot, ongoing conversations and a recent webinar the GCA held with Temu around copyright infringement on the Temu website.
Many members have already used our step-by-step guide to reporting copyright infringement on Temu as part of a GCA pilot, this is now being extended to all GCA members.
This initiative builds on that process—offering additional support, faster response times, and more proactive protection.
What’s new for GCA members?
Temu, in close partnership with the Greeting Card Association (GCA), is proud to offer a dedicated Support Initiative. This program is designed to help GCA members protect their unique copyrighted designs and intellectual property (IP) rights with ease and efficiency.
Program Highlights
How GCA Members can participate
The program is designed to be simple and accessible for all GCA members:
Ready to participate?
As part of the onboarding process, Temu has provided the GCA with a confidentiality (NDA) agreement. This will be shared with members who express interest in joining the initiative, so you can review it before participating.
To get started, contact hello@gca.cards and include “Temu” in the subject line so your enquiry can be directed to the right member of the GCA team.

Supporting you to protect your work
This initiative forms part of our wider ongoing work to support GCA members in protecting their creativity and intellectual property.
We know how important it is for members to feel supported when dealing with infringement, and we will continue to work with partners and platforms to improve processes and outcomes.
